Jubilee's Role at Conference Solutions

Jubilee is a Partner at Conference Solutions and serves as Account Manager, executing several large conferences and programs for a variety both of long-standing and newer clients. She works closely with the client to identify and understand both the organization’s and program’s goals, clearly communicate these goals and develop a strategy to achieve and evaluate them. Jubilee manages all the conference details including site selection, budget, contracts, logistics, keynote speakers, offsite events and much more to insure a successful outcome, in turn, allowing the client to focus their efforts on the elements that highlight the mission of the program.

Why She Does It

Jubilee is a successful association executive and event planner with extensive experience in leadership positions and management of large–and diverse–numbers of individuals. She is a strategic leader and communicator with ability to develop both collaborative and independent relationships and identify opportunities for improvement within organization's programs portfolio.  Jubilee thrives on the success a volunteer leader experiences when their collaborative hard work yields the projected results.

Away from Work

As native of the Pacific Northwest, Jubilee has a soft-spot for the high desert of Central Oregon, but enjoys discovering hidden gems throughout the region – and beyond! She lives in a 100-year old home in a charming neighborhood of Portland with her husband and kids. Capitalizing on her very limited skills in the kitchen, Jubilee makes the most of Portland’s reputable culinary scene, while also spending time with friends and large family.

Brianna's Role at Conference Solutions

Brianna is a Partner and orchestrates event logistics with vendors and clients to ensure a seamless conference from start to finish as an Account Manager. From program development and speaker management to food and beverage, she works directly with the client and Conference Solutions team ensure that the needs of conference attendees and organizers are met. Additionally, Brianna manages and oversees the development and use of all client databases, and publicity content management and design to ensure consistent communication among all channels

Why She Does It

Brianna loves putting all the pieces together and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing months of hard work pay off at a conference. She believes all the effort is worth it when a client comes up and tells her that the event wouldn't have been such a success without Conference Solutions and the work that she did.

Away from Work

During her free time, Brianna is always up to something. She constantly has a DIY home improvement project in the works, enjoys cooking and baking for her husband and daughters, and adventuring around Portland and the Oregon Coast. She is a die-hard college sports fan— especially the Washington State Cougars.

Olivia’s Role at Conference Solutions

As Project Coordinator, Olivia provides support for the client’s organizational and conference needs. This includes assisting in conference planning through speaker management, tradeshow coordination, publicity efforts and wherever else her talents can be utilized. She also serves as a member liaison and supports all facets of our association-managed clients.

Why She Does It

Olivia likes the diversity of her projects, working simultaneously on multiple events and programs with different clients and business partners. Detail-oriented and organized, she thrives on handling many aspects of a conference or organization while keeping an eye on the big picture. Olivia welcomes daily challenges in order to exceed her clients’ expectations and enjoys seeing all the components come together for a successful outcome.

Away from Work

When she is not working, Olivia is a homebody and loves to spend time in the garden with her fiancé and dog. She enjoys trying new recipes and occasionally likes to venture out with friends. Her guilty pleasures are listening to 90’s R&B and Netflix marathons.

Rainey Schide

Rainey’s Role at Conference Solutions

Rainey serves as Conference Solutions' Project Coordinator. Guided by the Account Manager, Rainey collaborates with vendors and clients to organize successful conferences. Rainey serves as a primary contact for invited speakers and connects with scientific committees to develop a conference program.

Why She Does It

Rainey has held a variety of positions in the events industry.  Rainey enjoys collaborating with others, especially when it means working together to accomplish a shared goal.  She understands the hard work and dedication required to plan and implement a successful conference, and she loves to see it all come together in the end.    

Away from Work

During her free time Rainey loves to host dinner parties for her friends, bowling, hiking and exploring all the wonderful activities Portland has to offer.  Her ideal vacation is anywhere with lots of hiking and hopes to make it to all The Mighty 5® in Utah someday.

Meagan Golec

Meagan's Role at Conference Solutions

Meagan managing all of our client's registration and sponsorship data, as well as payments. She builds registration websites, leads our onsite registration teams, and provides detailed weekly reports to update clients on the status of their events. Additionally, Tricia is the main point of contact for conference attendees prior to events; answering their questions regarding conference registration, payments, agendas, travel logistics, continuing education credits, and any other areas where they need assistance.

Why She Does It

Meagan’s been in event management for may years, and enjoys the wide variety of projects, people and industries she gets to work with. 

Away from Work

Outside of work Meagan enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her husband and son. She is an essayist and poet and can often be found sitting in a pile of books on the floor of Powells when she is not rewatching every episode of Friends.

Tammy's Role at Conference Solutions

As Finance Manager, Tammy handles all the accounting functions for Conference Solutions as well as the conference financial management needs of our clients' events. This involves managing booking of revenue and expenses related to all the facets of an event and showing the profitability of it.

Why She Does It

Tammy has an extensive background in accounting and bookkeeping. She believes everyone needs to know if they're making money or not! She loves the process of tracking all of the transactions to provide clients with that insight.

Away from Work

Tammy's free time is filled with family and cheering on the kids and her nieces at sporting events. Her happiest times are when the family is all together and her favorite vacation spot is the happiest place on earth — Disneyland. She longs to go on a Caribbean cruise some day where she can soak up the sun, relax and play with the family.
