Lydia's Role at Conference Solutions

As Project Coordinator, Lydia supports the client's conference and association needs. This includes assisting in conference planning through program management, supporter coordination, publicity efforts, registration oversight and wherever else her talents can be utilized. She also serves as a member liaison and supports all facets of our association-managed clients.

Why She Does It

Lydia enjoys the diversity of her projects, working simultaneously on multiple events and programs with different clients and business partners. Detail-oriented and organized, she thrives on handling many aspects of a conference while keeping an eye on the big picture. Lydia welcomes daily challenges in order to exceed her clients’ expectations and enjoys seeing all the components come together for a successful outcome. 

Away from Work
Lydia was born and raised in Oregon. As a native Portlander, she loves everything about the Pacific Northwest, especially its natural beauty. In her free time she races dirt bikes with her family, as well as invests volunteer hours in the off-road motorcycling community. She considers herself a lifelong learner and enjoys adventures that grow her understanding of the world around her.
