Arianna’s Role at Conference Solutions

As Senior Project Coordinator, Arianna provides support for the client’s organizational and conference needs. This includes assisting in conference planning through speaker management, tradeshow coordination, publicity efforts and wherever else her talents can be utilized. Arianna is a leader within the CS team.

Why She Does It

Arianna thrives in the diversity of her projects, working simultaneously on multiple events and projects with different clients and business partners. Detail-oriented and organized, she leverages her experience with handling many aspects of a conference or organization while also keeping an eye on the big picture. Arianna welcomes daily challenges to exceed her clients’ expectations and enjoys seeing all the components come together for a successful outcome.

Away from Work

Having lived most of her life in Portland, Arianna loves everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer from paddleboarding to taking scenic drives. Her favorite hobbies baking and learning new cake decorating techniques. She enjoys game nights and enjoying good food with her friends and family.
