Tara’s Role at Conference Solutions
As an Account Associate, Tara helps fulfill the client’s organizational and conference needs. She collaborates closely with the entire team, Conference Solutions' key clients and their committees and members, as well as vendors to fulfill the organization's strategic initiatives around membership services, communications, conference and non-conference education offerings, and committee governance.
Why She Does It
Tara thrives in a client-focused environment where her years of client management experience can contribute to a successful outcome. Tara enjoys the mission-based nature of our association and conference clients. She is driven by our client's goals and works within a team to navigate even the most complex problems to exceed those goals.
Away from Work
When Tara's not working, you can find her enjoying all the beautiful things the Pacific Northwest has to offer. She loves exploring the area with her family, hiking, dining out at my local favorite restaurants, and traveling. She enjoys spending time at home with her husband, playing outside with her wild toddler and active dog, listening to records, gardening, reading, and cooking. A perfect Sunday for Tara consists of visiting the farmers market, designing a floral arrangement, baking a treat, and hosting friends for a backyard gathering.
